ShowStellar collects the information needed to create accounts, process booking inquiries, and improve the experience for artists and clients.
Account details, artist profile details, contact information, booking inquiry data, and first-party traffic analytics such as landing page, referring website, campaign tags, device type, and approximate city, region, and country derived from network information.
To operate the platform, show artist profiles, process inquiries, send notifications, and support the service.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help run booking, messaging, and hosting infrastructure.
Public traffic reports use a one-way keyed hash of the source IP rather than storing the raw IP address. Full page query strings and full referring URLs are not stored. For fraud prevention and incident response, restricted administrator security logs may retain a source IP, browser information, approximate network location, and the outcome of an administrator login or portal access attempt. Network location is approximate and is not a street address.
First-party traffic events are retained for up to 90 days. Restricted administrator security events are retained for up to 180 days unless an active security investigation requires longer. Security event details are available only to the account owner; analytics permissions do not grant access to raw security IPs.
